How does the payment in installments work?

You make (at least) one payment every month and your piece will go into production once the balance has been paid in full. This service is free of charge. 

 

What can be paid in installments? 

Every piece except Ready to Ship jewelry.

 
Payments

Each installment will be listed on the website and can be paid whenever you wish. Once the balance has been paid in full, your piece of jewelry will be made (please allow 6 - 8 weeks for the production). 

 
The length of your payment in installments 

 

You can pay your piece of jewelry in up to ten equal installments within ten months.

 
Refund

Items paid for in installments may be returned for a shop credit equal to the price of the item minus a fee equal to the first layaway payment. If a Layaway plan is not completed, the first payment will be withheld and you will receive a shop credit for the remainder.
