Due to the limited supply, it is not possible to offer a long-term and sustainable sale of exclusively natural, antique diamonds. Diamonds in cuts such as the old European or old mine cut were usually only cut until 1920.

Due to the high demand and the associated high prices, it is smart to look for alternatives. A laboratory-grown diamond can be the perfect solution.

There are many reasons for that. First of all, you have to know that the creation process is almost identical to natural diamonds. Laboratory-grown diamonds, like in nature, are created by a chemical reaction in an environment of enormous subsurface pressure in which carbon, nitrogen and sometimes boron are present. This unique cocktail of pressure and chemicals triggers the process of diamond formation, although in laboratory-grown diamonds this process only takes a few days; in nature it takes several million years.

The result is a diamond that cannot be distinguished from a natural one because both are made of the same material and have the same chemical composition.

When producing laboratory diamonds, attention is paid to occupational health and safety; it is no longer necessary to have people working in diamond mines up to 450 meters deep under inhumane conditions. Nature also benefits because the manufacturing process takes up much less space and water consumption is also immensely reduced.

No differences can be seen with the naked eye; even an experienced jeweler will not be able to tell them apart without testing them with a device that specializes in lab-grown diamonds.

If a lab-grown diamond is certified, it is usually laser inscribed with its certificate number.

You can easily clean your piece of jewelry at home. It is best to soak it in a glass with water and dish soap and then carefully go over it with a toothbrush. You can then dry it with a polishing cloth.
